Hydration during a Pandemic: It’s Not About Drinking More Water!

Recorded April 29 2020

Hydration is your first line of defense and the most important thing you can do to treat and prevent illness. Dr Cohen, Medical Director of Complete Wellness, an integrative health center in Manhattan and co-author of Quench, will talk about the new science of hydration and how it can help you beat fatigue, drop weight, heal your body, and protect you from disease in this critical time. You will learn about simple movements you can make each day to move water through tissues that hydrate your body; meal plans, using the most hydrating and nutrient-packed plants; and a lifetime plan for continued improvements.
