Sara and Thomas Stout, certified SkyDancing Tantra teachers and faculty members of Ecstatic Living® Institute, teach seminars in sacred sexuality and conscious relationship in California, the East Coast, and Minnesota. Married for over 25 years, Sara and Thomas bring great warmth, insight, and humor into their workshops. For over two decades, while balancing their lives as parents and working professionals with backgrounds in psychotherapy and bodywork, Sara and Thomas have cultivated what they call “the art of intimate relating,” which they beautifully demonstrate through their workshops. They are also never-ending students of meditation, yoga, sexuality, and interpersonal dynamics.

Love and Sensuality: A Valentine’s Day Weekend for Couples

Join Sara and Thomas for a full weekend devoted to celebrating and deepening intimacy and sensuality in the privacy of your own home. Give yourself and your partner the gift of a weekend of fun, body-based practices to enhance your relationship. Learn the 3 keys for enhanced energy and vitality; explore your identity as giver and receiver in a relationship; remove blocks that prevent ecstasy. Let this be your weekend to engage in communication exercises, active meditations, breathing practices, movement and dance, Tantric rituals, and heart-to-heart sharing with your beloved.
This online event is open to couples of all genders and orientations, ages 18 and up.

The full schedule is listed below. If you have been to Rowe for in-person weekend workshops, you’ll notice that this online workshop follows the same schedule of five sessions beginning Friday night and ending on Sunday afternoon.
