Shirley Riga: Start Your Day With a Daily Meditation

Shirley has held a daily meditation for 500 days. July 31st was the last day of this daily event. She will continue to share her messages periodically.

At 8:30am EST I start our half hour by reading an intuitively chosen piece. After the reading, all participants are muted and then a gong sounds to start 15 minutes of silence. Feel free shut off your video. I encourage participants, if they choose, to listen to soft music. At the end of 15 minutes, with ending gong, it’s a time for reflections by participants. I ask people to remain muted and raise their hand if they want to share briefly. We’re done by 9:00am EST or shortly thereafter.

This half hour daily practice has been an anchoring and grounding experience for many people during this uncertain time. Please note the Zoom link is recurring, so keep it handy. I hope to see you soon.

For this program, upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes where to find recordings.
