THIS WORKSHOP IS FULL
Join us for this six part course on Proprioceptive Writing with its founder. PW is a 20-minute writing meditation that enables deep reflection on inner thought. PW can be used for therapeutic and creative purposes. Through PW, you learn to hear inner thought as voice, and engage your mind’s hidden proprioception sense—its capacity to know itself. The more you immerse yourself in this practice, the further you travel from limiting self-judgments, and the greater your confidence to trust yourself.
Limited to 23 people This Webinar begins with a 3 hour session; subsequent sessions are 2.5 hours. All include a writing session, so you’ll need a quiet space with a door that closes and a table to sit at. Have at hand a candle, a pen, unlined white paper, a stapler, and tissues.
